seems like i have to honour of kicking-off the reports blog again.
the level of play has probably gone up over the past few weeks. i find myself making plenty of mistakes due to less time on the ball and good marking of team-mates.
as for the game it was hard fought. whites took a 2 goal lead and carried it over the rest of the game to a final score of 6:4. was wondering what made the small difference between the two teams yday and there was some chatter after game about stamina.
apologies for my early overly aggressive tackles which hit boris and jason. when ade chopped me down later i felt like 'fair enough that's even-stevens'.
Whites were a good squad yesterday . They had all positions covered from keeper to forward . Reds were missing at least someone to hold the ball . Yee Po did well in defends especially his first game with us .
Whites Midfield dominated all the way . Actually talking about Stamina , as long as one plays 100 percent for that 1 hour , there will be no questions on Stamina .
What i feel is , every individual should know how much you can do and what suits you best . If you are one who can't run and can't last , then playing midfield will not suit you or either volunteer to swap your position with someone who can do better .
Overall good game but could have been better .
Reds were probably tired cause were defending more then attacking but somehow still managed to score 4 goals .
Oh Ya Arjit was Awesome for Whites Keeper .
Hurt me with the Truth but Never Comfort me with a Lie
Timmy SMSed to say that Markus is out, and Ganesh is no longer available, so Boris is in. Timmy also suggested line ups in his SMS, but I don't think Raminder and Nawal would want to be split up, so I'm just swapping Nawal over, and bringing Boris in for Reds:
Whites: Jye, Tristan, Arijit, Nawal, Raminder, Rainer, Timmy, Andreas Reds: CH, Yee Po, Rajseran, Fred, Ade, Lynz, Jason T, Boris
As Yee Po is new, I'll request CH (the only one who knows everyone else) to make any adjustments as necessary. Everyone else is free to comment.
Everyone, please bring both a white top and a red top in any event.
