Everyone, please bring both a wihte top and a red top in any event.
Whites had far more of the possession from start to end, but Reds twice took the lead early on against the run of play, 1-0, and then 2-1, with me having an extended spell in goal at the start of the game.
Whites always looked stronger, and came back to win 4-2, with Elvin grabbing 3 of the 4 goals. Whites also struck the frame of the goal a further 4 times, with again 3 of those from Elvin.
Wayne had a great game, covering a lot of ground both in defence and in attack. Elvin always looked dangerous in front of goal, while Jye and Stephen C had solid games in defence, snuffing out the threats from Dan B, Fred and Titus upfront for Reds. Arijit pushed up late on for Reds, but it didn't make any difference.
Sean made a lot of headway down the right wing, while Boris linked up well between the defence and attack, but both gave away the ball more often than they should have (albeit Boris from dead ball situations). Rainer had his usual game, adding a physical presence up front, frequently finding space in front of the opposing goal, but not always finishing the chances created by his hard work.
No one on the Reds' side had a particularly good or bad game. They just couldn't cope with Whites on the day.
