Payment
$9 per player.

Sports Planet @ East Coast.
As the pitch is uncovered, in the event of rain, the rain policy will apply.
Numbers
The maximum number is 14. However, the game will go ahead even with 12. Once the maximum number is reached, anyone after that can only be in reserve, coming in as a replacement should there be any withdrawals.
Withdrawals & Cancellations
If a player withdraws, any prepayment will remain to his credit. However, there will be a penalty of between $1 and $6 for withdrawals less than 3 hours before the game, the later the withdrawal, the greater the penalty. If a player does not withdraw but fails to turn up, the full price may be deducted.
The game may be cancelled due to lack of numbers or for any other good reason. 24 hours notice will usually be given for cancellations, but it may be less for reasons beyond my control.

Line Ups, Punctuality & Previous Games
Proposed line ups will be put up a few hours before the game. If there are an odd number of players, the proposed line ups may be delayed until we have an even number of players.
Those playing, please be early, to warm up and meet the other players. Even though a specific colour may be assigned to each player before the game, please bring both a white top and a red top.
If you have played over the past week, please add your comment on the report thread. Comments will be taken into account in future line ups.
Two games
We now have two games on Thursdays from 9 to 10 pm, one at Khalsa and one at East Coast.
The numbers for both fluctuate as players put their names down (or withdraw) from either, even up to and after line ups are put up. Some players indicate they are available for either venue, and it is advisable to do so, in case either gets cancelled. However, even if that is the case, please only put your name down for one of the two games. Put your name down for your preferred venue.
As administrator, I may reserve places for you in the other game if you indicate you are available for both.
It gets a bit more complicated if one game has players in reserve and the other is short. I may request players to switch from the game with reserve players to the game that is short. I will only request that of players I know will play at either venue. If a player requested to switch has a strong preference for the venue he is already down for, I may give him a $1 discount for switching.
Iif by Wednesday, it looks like we don't have enough for two games on Thursday, unless the East Coast game has significantly more players, I will cancel the East Coast game and consolidate numbers for the Khalsa game.
