The greater risk is newer players who are not familiar with the system. With newer players, I send them a reminder after the line ups are put up. In this case, Look Liew put Peter's name down for him, and I don't have Peter's number. As Look Liew was paying for Peter, I left it to Look Liew to remind him.
Whatever, the penalty, we still have to deal with the situation at the game itself. Some adjustment to the line ups may be necessary. The team selectors do need to co-operate on this.
It was a tough decision whom Lynz should swap with as there were several factor , Both Rockstar and Lynz were still recovering from SAT competitive match , Raminder not feeling well and also not enough rest as he just got back from Turkey .
Game when on with Lynz taking over Pete slot . Reds actually did had some good opportunities with some shots saved by Lynz and with Rocking Defense Whites ensured that every passes were intercepted.
Whites took their chances well . Vincent , Ganesh and Elvin were basically the dangerman for the Reds but Whites scored most of the goals with their Counter Attacks .
The scoreline would probably have been diff ( i am not really sure who Pete is ) if there were no changes initially . But again it was not an easy outing for the Whites Defence .
Final Score Whites 6-1 Reds .

Hurt me with the Truth but Never Comfort me with a Lie
I am not sure if just 1 player could make all that difference but I guess since the replacement was none other than LYNZ...it did have an impact. In any event, Reds did agree to just play on despite the initial hiccup so we will live by our decision.
In essence, Reds were outplayed and were mostly defensive. There was only Elvin and Vince in attack for Reds for most part and with Titus, Rockstar and Anthony in Def for Whites, it was mission impossible! Kudos to our attackers for taking the tackles (some bruising ones as well) and still trying to the end.
Red defence comprising of Azmi, Foo Cheong, Kenji, Ganesh and myself tried to staunch the wave after wave of White attack with Raminder having a good time in controlling and running around the midfield while feeding Dave H, Leo and Lynz when he played up.
I think the score was actually 7-1 with the Reds scoring the consolation only near the final bell and then again, it took a White player to find the net for us (goalmouth deflection off Kenny). So it was quite a bad day for Red team.
I wouldn't call it a whitewash though as Elvin, Vince and Jeff/Ganesh did cause some trouble to White team and save for the occasional break throughs which resulted in goals, Red defence did stop quite a number of attempts.
