26, so one venue has 7-a-side while the other is 6-a-side. .... The 7-a-side was at Khalsa, with David T and Srini as team selectors. For Khalsa: Reds: Gerard, Sushil, Imran, Eam, Alex Lin, Steve F, Srini (C) Whites: Chern Yang, Mark Li, Wilson, Sean, Jessen, Kee Hoe, David (C) After the game, Srini informed me that he had had an altercation with an opposing player. He said he committed a bad mistimed tackle, and the other player reacted, which got physical. I made brief enquiries and I understand the other player left the game and was replaced by another of David T's friends. The game continued. Srini said they shook hands at the end of the game, but he was still very upset. I don't really need to know more at the present time, although I may look into it more later. More importantly, as I've said before: .... As far as I am concerned, if there are bad tackles during the game, and: * the player making the bad tackle apologises, and the player on the receiving end accepts the apology, the game was played in good spirits. * the player making the bad tackle does not apologise, or the player on the receiving end does not accept the apology, and the game degenerates into petulance, arguments, or further bad tackles, or ill-feeling which continues beyond the game, it is unacceptable. Even better would be everyone make a greater effort to cut out bad tackles by exercising greater care. .... If anyone wants to address the incident, send me a private message on the message board, or WhatsApp me. Please keep comments below to the overall game for now.

I received a message from the other player, Mark Li, and we exchanged a couple more. He's over it. Hopefully, Srini is as well.
However, the point I made about bad tackles remains. I will follow up later.
Both Srini and Mark informed me that after the tackle, Srini said "Common man!". Srini said he was chiding himself for missing the ball, Mark thought he was accusing him of exaggerating the impact. It seems clear to me that it started as a misunderstanding. I know it's hard, but we should keep our heads, and not overreact to incidents during the game.
No one with anything to say about the game itself?
