On paper, some would argue that Whites were the stronger side. They fail to realise that the 'older' folks were in that team. The game started with some quick passing, fancy footwork and a goal for the Reds. Soon, both sides were trading goals from right left and centre. Reds were the more disciplined side, keeping their shape and defending neatly. Whites were more creative and patient. It was a story of technical and holding prowess (Whites) against speed and power (Reds). Dave is my MOM as he was EVERYWHERE and scored a few from ridiculous angles and with such might that Melvin went into the net with the ball. As for me, I was too busy trying to catch my breath to keep score, but I think Whites may have just done enough to edge ahead with 1 or 2 goals.
