Indeed Rajiv, it was pretty much neck and neck from 3-3 onwards, and it must be said that no team really managed to stamp its authority over the game, with no more than 2 or 3 goals separating the sides throughout.
It was a bit topsy turvy as Reds led 5-3 but Whites fought back with 4 goals without reply to lead 7-5 and continued to look stronger going into the final quarter by maintaining a 2-goal cushion and it looked as if Whites would hold out until the end. However, Reds took their late chances well and managed to transform the 11-9 arrears into a 13-12 lead. Whites had the final say and levelled at 13-13 at 10pm (we then had to make way for the next team waiting for the pitch).
