Whites: Kien, Jason, Foo Cheong, Kelvin, Melvin, Lee Powers, Andrew B, Shaiful Reds: Gerard, Jiapin, Tan Wee, Elvin, Look Liew, Peter, Lida, Danny
There was a heavy downpour before and during the game. Everyone that was punctual was on time. With a few newcomers, it was hard to see which team was stronger at the start of the game. In the end, Whites won 6-3.
Kien organised the White team and the rotations well. Whites moved and passed the ball well.
Whites led 2-0, Reds pulled one back, but Whites ran away to 6-1 before Reds scored 2 consolation goals to make the final score 6-3.
Reds had more chances that their scoreline suggested but Whites managed to throw bodies or legs to block the shots, and the Whites keeper made some saves.
The ground was damp at one end where the rain came in, resulting in a few slips.
There were a few strong challenges with a few spills. Some feet/ankles were stepped on. And there were a few shoulder checks. Don't think that everyone are aware of the rules.
Game ended at 6.15pm.
