Very spread out and even teams, giving each other their fair share of troubles. Kodaka was a colossus for the reds at the back while Stanley played a blinder with a hat trick. Bottom corner finish from a kick in, ala Robbie fowler. Equalized the match with a cheeky chip into the far top corner. Kahboon, kelvin, Ray and Gerard stand out performers for the whites. Final score 5-5

Beaten to the report by jeremiah! Must be a new record, 30min after the game ended.
Anyway, very even game ,not only by the final scoreline 5-5, but also during the game itself. Neither team managed to take a 2 goal lead at any stage. Whites scored first through Gerard, expertly bringing a high ball down before lashing the ball into the roof of my net. I could only stand and watch the ball whizz past. Reds equalised through Joel after a good team move. Joel scored again to put reds 2-1 up, before whites equalised again (think it was John J?), Ray put whites 3-2 up, finding space at the top of the D, before letting fly with a shot into the top corner. Unstoppable shot.
Just when Whites threatened to pull ahead, Stanley scored the 1st of his hat trick goals to bring the score to 3-3, lashing in a layoff that almost broke the net. It was 4-3 to reds, then 4-4, before whites scored to lead 5-4.
Reds seemed to have lost the game by that time, but Stanley completed his hat-trick with an exquisite finish with a measured chip that left the keeper with no chance.
I have to add that the this is the first time I've seen Kodaka play defence, and he was a rock at the back for us.
We wanted to play 1 goal more, but the warden came twice to get us off the field, and in the end, both teams had to settle for a draw.
Great stuff from both teams, in particular Kelvin Au and Gerard for the whites and Stanley and Kodaka for reds.
