When there are 16 players confirmed, anyone else can only be in reserve. If there are only 10 to 12 confirmed, the game will go ahead on the small pitch.
If you are keen to play, but take up is slow and there is a risk that the game may be cancelled or there may only be enough to play on the small pitch, feel free to invite friends and acquaintances, or to SMS other players on the participant list who have previously played at Turf City at the weekend.
If you put down the name for another, please ensure the player has confirmed to you that he is able to play.
Bring both a red top and a white top to the game to allow for changes to be made to the line ups at the game itself.
If having put your name down, you subsequently cannot make it, please withdraw your name below. If you do not have access to the message board, or you have to withdraw after the line ups have been put up, SMS the coordinator or the person doing the line ups.
David's friend Jayant was also available for this game, so when Salman SMSed me at about 2 pm to ask if there was a replacement for him, I asked him to contact David.
At about 2.40 pm, Look Liew also SMSed me to say he was available, but as I was in a meeting, I only saw the SMS at 4.40 pm. I replied to Look Liew, who later informed me that it had ended up as 8-a-side, with him in for reds, and Jayant in for whites. Not sure how it happened, but the revised line ups would have been:
Whites: See Kit, Julius, David M, Raminder, Nawal, Salman, Balach, Jayant Reds: Rajseran, Azmi, Dhiraj, Kevin K2, Imran, Andre, Elvin, Look Liew
