wet and slick pitch after a stormy afternoon. expected the ball to skid around.
the game was pretty even for the first 30-35 mins with the whites going 2-1 up courtesy of gerard's pressure and glacing header. i missed a sitter to make it 3-1. whites made some defensive errors and gave away 3 cheap goals on the slick pitch that probably deflated team morale. with the score at 5-2 (or 6-2, i cant remember), for the whites to get back in it proved an insurmountable task.
shout out to kelvin and paul who led the center back positions well and gerards running and finishing up front.
daniel and derian in the reds did most of the damage with nice link up play and causing the whites majority of the problems.
