The game started with tentative play from both sides as there were some new players. The Reds eventually broke the duck and scored first before the whites equalized through a mistake by the Reds defence allowing a free shot.
The Reds retake the lead and held the lead for a long time and threatened on a few occasions trying to widen the lead. 2 swift counter attack and suddenly the whites are 3-2 up and subsequently wih the Reds pushing men forward to try to equalize, they were 5-2 down as the whites hit on the break to capitalize on poor finishing from the Reds.
The Reds pulled together and begin piling pressure and was at a moment really looking as though a comeback is real as the score line was 6-4 within a few minutes. Many chances went begging before the whites scored to make it 7-4 and ended the game.
The Reds could not understand how they lost the lead and game despite so taking the lead, having so many chances before trailing, missing multiple chances to make it 6-5 to continue the momentum, conceding those breakaway goals.
Great play and tenacity by the whites and clinical finishing win the day.
I did not mentioned that the whites were lucky. I only mentioned the Reds were questioning themselves. If you felt offended by that, then there is nothing that can be done because I already said great play.
Or you prefer fantastic play? Superb ultimate domination. Please fill in whatever you felt right to appease your displeasure cause my vocab is limited and I thought great play will have suffice.
