Whites: Keith, Delon, Jacko, Francis, Sean, Ray, Marcus
Reds: Wilson, Derian, Daniel, Zhen Yang, Jessen, Kong Fei, Guolong
Game started 6 v 6 as there were some late comers.
Reds had the brighter start. Daniel dispossessed Jacko, playing centre back, and finished off the 1-on-1 chance. It was 2-0 when some indecisive defending allowed Guolong to strike a deflected shot that wobbled past a clumsy goal keeper (me).
Down by 2 goals, the whites woke up from their slumber, scored 3 in a roll, to take the lead. 2 well taken shots by Francis and a mazy solo goal from Jacko.
Daniel received a neat back heel from Derian and drilled home a goal to equalise.
From there on, it was the whites' game. Jacko, playing centre back, more than made up for his early stumble to put in 3 more goals. One header, and 2 other well taken goals.
At 6-3, Last goal was called. A good team move allowed delon to knock home the final goal.
Match ended 7-3 to the whites.
From the number of times his name was mentioned, especially from the position he was playing, in my opinion, Jacko was the man who made the difference for the whites.
