There was an exchange between Look Liew and Rajseran about the game and line ups, which got quite ugly.

I've spoken to both of them, and they have both sensibly agreed to have their posts deleted.

Even though we enjoy the competitive edge to our games, don't forget this is social football.

Some considerations:

* Line ups can be changed anytime before the game starts. Any regular can suggest line ups.
* Once the game starts, I'm not keen on changing line ups within the first half hour. If players start getting anxious or worried so early in a game about the evenness of the sides, you're actually creating a situation where you will have a one sided game, even if the sides are not all that uneven.
* Everyone is free to express their opinion. If others have anything to say, let them say it for themselves.
* We all have good days and bad days. Just accept it.
* If you have anything to say during a game, let it be to encourage your team-mates. There's never a need to put down a team-mate or have a go at an opponent during a game.
* No one owes anyone anything. We all participate to the extent we can.
* Participation has to be in the right spirit.
* The message board is used to discuss line ups before the game, and the game itself after the game. Humour is appreciated, but don't get personal.
