Let me propose the following then:

Reds: Murray, Kevin A, Neil M & Ganesh

Blacks: Florian, Kevin K, Robert, Alex F & Gabriel

Is that ok? Just in case, please bring both colours if we need to re-organise before the game.

I'm trying to get one more player.

As Robert is Neil's friend and playing for the first time, better that they be on the same side.

And let's just stick with black and white from now on.
