We still have 12, so we can go ahead 6-a-side.
Imran has requested that he and his colleagues be in the same team, as a couple of them haven't played for a couple of years. That leaves us with the question of who joins them. Imran requested white.
Let's go with:

Imran will swap players round if it's one sided. Nordin can be captain of Team 2. He and Alvin have the most number of games over the past 3 years (60 each), but he gets ahead of Alvin on seniority, and number of games played in the current 6 month period (8 to 4).
Everyone, please be early.
Vish has a friend, Ivan, who can play. Imran is fine with his team playing one short. Sam is relatively new, and Imran is more familiar with Sven, so I'll swap Sam for Sven, so we now have:

John J can play, so we're back to 14. I'll put Sam back on Whites, and let's see how it goes.
