Rajiv it is not i that live in my own world but one who thinks Rainer is a like for like replacement for Glenn. With such a sharp strategist like Raj picking the team he gleefully said its ok let's proceed without any changes.
I am not writing a match report because I don't give a crap about your $2. I only feel that I let down my team mates due to the late replacement and I didn't stand up strong enough on it.
To my team mates today my apologies I didn't have a good game. The poor defending also led to me injuring my wrist again in goal.
Glenn is not Rainer.
Rainer is not Glenn.

Chen Hong, you cannot insist on forcing everything into your own viewpoint. The Guidelines On Team Selection, Organization & Game Play have been up for more than a year now. You have been playing in our games since 2011. Yet you continue to struggle with some basic concepts. And no, no one is ever anyone else. Nor did I suggest that. What I actually said on the WhatsApp group chat at 3.48 pm was: "You" there meant everyone playing in the game, not just you personally Chen Hong. The game is not all about you. Those who voted for Chen Hong as team selector also have to bear responsibility for the outcomes of their choice. I was not even going to try to persuade Glenn to play when there was someone else available to play, especially when Glenn said he was not feeling well. Any issue that arises from the replacement can and should be dealt with by adjusting the line ups. As I reminded everyone on the WhatsApp group chat at 3.47 pm: I would rather you didn't blame me for your own choices. You can be excluded from team selector/captains polls until further notice, so that you have some time to properly understand the system, and the role of team selectors/captains, amongst other things. And to be clear, the $2 credit for a first report is a token for taking the trouble to be the first player (sometimes the only player) to provide at least a brief account, and the final result, of the game. The aim is to get the ball rolling, to encourage everyone who played to contribute, and give feedback on the game. Likewise, the $2 credit for team selectors is not a remuneration or payment for being team selector, it is a token of appreciation for undertaking the responsibilities of team selector/captain. You do not appear to appreciate the tokens, nor the responsibilities or tasks that they are tokens for.

Just to be clear again
I have given Cheng Hong the option which team he wanted to choose and be chose the red team .
I was happy to play for the red team otherwise and thought probably would have been a better balance .
I am confused with Cheng hongs post whenever he does not win . I think I better not be the team selector in future if he is selected .
Final score whites 9 - 4 reds . Reds gave away 4 early goals for some defensive errors but managed to pull back together. Whites were Just fast on their counter break and managed to get more goals due to reds defense pushing up to high .
Both teams played well but whites took their chances .

Ball credit, please. I think the final score was Whites 10 Reds 4. To be honest Reds were never in it. I played in defence the whole game and did not enjoy that at all. The whole make up of the reds team was not quite right. Just goes to show you can have a few very strong individuals in the team but it won't count for much if the team can't click.

I am happy to be excluded from team selector duties FOREVER.
I only want to play football & not spend my time spamming others on this forum or on the whatsapp thread.
Thanks to all who offered me only their token verbal support.
See u guys on Sat. This is the last time I will appear on this thread.

Nothing is forever Chen Hong. I'll let you know when your exclusion comes to an end. Then you have the choice of opting out, by indicating "(NAATSC)" after your name. More importantly, you should note that the Overriding Principles & Cove Values provide as follows: .... Everyone who plays by the Core Values and Game Rules is welcome. The converse is that anyone who does not play by the rules and core values is not welcome..... Please make more of an effort Chen Hong to understand why these games exist at all.
