I think the game ended 7-1 or 8-1 to the red team. Yas's brother was the wildcard of the game and one that certainly paid off. His opening goal 5 minutes into the game hit the top right hand corner and from that moment on he and Backx made life very hard for the back 4 of the whites. Rainer did a great job of sitting back and keeping Anthony quiet and Josh had bundles of energy on the right hand side. On another day the whites would have scored a few more of their chances and it would have been a slightly closer match; hitting the post 3 times was unlucky but back of the net is the name of the game. See you next week

yes to be fair, the team was slightly unbalanced. Knew it the moment I saw Josh and Rainer in one team and our backline.
I thot I was speaking for myself given I was out for about 3 months - but Dev tried his darnest but he was tad rusty too and some of our guys were not too tight on the marking and that clearly doesn't help against quality opposition.
CH was doing his best to galvanise the team and he hit the posts 2 times I think.
It also didn't help that Anthony and Jack were playing off each other so much that the Reds sussed it out and sought to snuff out Anthony in the middle of the park but fair play to Ant, he never gave up wanting the ball. Maybe next time if he knew everyone better he will spread out play more because Ant definitely have the skills to spread play and distribute better.
Jack did his best being the lone striker up front and those of us in midfield did not link up with him as much as we should.
Jiv, being a cheapo - can I now hv ball credit pls. I bought a new ball actually when Steve n Loic were still here so given my lack of games, still need to finance that purchase for future play! LOL
