Several withdrawals on the day left us with 12. From the schedule thread: Not looking likely that we'll get 2 more, so we'll go ahead 6-a-side. Team selectors are Derian and Sean. Line ups to follow. .... As posted by Derian on the WhatsApp group chat at 7.02 pm: After the game, please post reports and comments on the game below.

Think final score was 10-7, not too sure, in a 6 v 6 situation, with more space, there are opportunities a plenty for both sides, whites edged the game with more runs into space and when reds had the ball, whites were more disciplined in man marking each red player cept for the keeper (leaving him little option).
still, great workout! thanks guys!

Disappointing to have so many last minute withdrawals and having ended up to play 6v6. Well at least we still managed to squeeze a game out. The whole dynamics of a 6v6 was obviously very different from that of a 7v7. More space and more attacking opportunities on both ends of the pitch also equated to more goals. Final score was 9-3. Reds took the lead first and Ray was their main attacking threat down the left flank. He had a few good forays down that flank and one of them led to a superb toe poke goal that smashed into the top right corner and left the goalie with no chance. Jessen was the star performer for whites and he's proving to be the in form player for Giffa. Scored a hat trick. Daniel got 2 for whites, August had another 2 from long range. Shamir also scored from a far post, acute angle header and Derian provided one with the meekest of shots that managed to trickle under Ray. Can't remember who else scored for reds since their goals were few and far between.

As Shamir was first, but got the scoreline quite way off, and Derian had to provide the correct score, $1 credit to each for a first report. $2 credit to each of Derian and Sean as team selectors. $1 ball credit to Derian.
