| Adding names & withdrawals: | Add to the list below the names of players who are confirmed for the game. Only GIFFA Players are allowed to add names. In the first 24 hours after this post, each GIFFA Player is limited to putting the name down for one other GIFFA Player (apart from himself). In the next 24 hours after this post, each GIFFA Player is limited to putting the name down for one more GIFFA Player. The restrictions of one or two others in the first 24 or 48 hours applies even if the player does not put his own name down. No guests are allowed in the first 48 hours. After 48 hours, there is a maximum of 1 guest per player, until 48 hours before the game. Guests must be 21 or above in the current year. In the last 24 hours before the game, places are opened to any male aged 18 or above. In the last 12 hours, the age restriction is reduced to 16 (provided that a responsible adult is playing and remains present). All GIFFA Players are presumed to be sufficiently familiar with "The GIFFA System" and the "Playing Rules & Principles" threads. Guests should be provided with salient information contained in those threads by the GIFFA Player adding his name. Once the maximum number is reached, any other names are placed on waitlist. Withdrawals should be posted below as well, as soon as a player knows he will or may not be able to make the game. A player who withdraws need not pay for the game. However, there are fees and penalties for withdrawing 24 or less before the game. |
| Prompt payment: | When I create the WhatsApp group chat for the game (30 hours or less before the game), if a player owes for more than one previous game, I may move the player to the bottom of the list of name (including any waitlist). |
| Punctuality: | As set out above, the session is scheduled to start 10 minutes before the hour. The first 10 minutes are for team selectors to meet the players and consider any changes in line ups, as well as discuss formation, team organization and tactics. The game starts on the hour sharp. |
- Up to 4 places reserved for the selectors/captains from the last game.
- 2 places reserved for the first PRG player from each team to post a report on the last game (before the expiry of 24 hours from this post).
- Unlimited number of places reserved for PRG players who have committed to playing in a slow-filling game in the 7 days up to today (inclusive of any slow-filling game today). A slow-filling game is one which is not filled within 72 hours of the schedule thread being put up, or has less than the minimum number at any time in the 48 hours before the game.
