Everyone, please bring both a white top and a red top in any event.
Rajseran, who was supposed to be with Reds, was held up in traffic so Peter switched to Reds to start with. When Rajseran arrived, he joined Whites.
Whites took a 2-0 lead, but Reds did well to pull back to 2-2 against the stronger team.
Whites had pulled ahead 3-2 when Poh Keng suffered the recurrence of an old injury. I went out for a while to see if I could find a replacement, and Rajseran switched to Reds. Whites pulled further ahead 4-2, before conceding a freakish own goal to make the score 4-3. I came back on for Whites, and Whites were restricted to scoring within an imaginary line running through the penalty spot in front of Reds' goal.
A good finish by Roland after a solo run levelled the score at 4-4. With the extra man, Whites created a few more chances in the remaining 5 to 10 minutes, but did not put away any, and the game finished level.
