We almost cancelled (with the Premier Pitch management threatening to make us pay for the pitch due to late cancellation), before we got 2 more late on. I suggested two of the three regulars who had not opted out to be selectors, Peminder, Calvin and Sushil. Peminder agreed, Sushil and Calvin opted out, so it was left to Peminder to propose line ups, which he did on the WhatsApp group chat at 7.11 pm, as follows:
I messaged on the group chat to say Sushil or Calvin can be captain for Whites. Sushil replied to say he was ok either way, Calvin didn't reply, so Sushil can be Whites' captain.
Mahen was held up at work and withdrew late. Finally, the person from Premier Pitch present to enforce the rules replaced him.
