I suggest tentatively: Whites: Kenny, Anthony, Raminder, Ken, Yet Yen, Rajiv, [1 more] Reds: Wee Teck, Azmi, Tan Wee, Arijit, Vincent W, Yip Weng, Peter 2 I'll try to pick up an extra player at the venue itself. Everyone, please bring both a white top and a red top in any event. There weren't many others around, so we decided to go ahead with 7 against 6 on the big pitch, with the following rules: * A player from Reds would switch to Whites halfway through the game. Yip Weng volunteered. * The team with the extra player would be restricted to scoring within an imaginary line passing through the opposing penalty spot. Reds took a 3-0 lead, but Whites did well to pull the score back to 2-3 half an hour into the game. We carried on for another 5 to 10 minutes. Reds scored one more to make it 4-2, before Yip Weng switched to Whites. Whites were quite exhausted by then. Even with one man short, Reds extended the score to 6-2, before Whites pulled the score back to 5-6. The game finished shortly after 6 pm, as there were another lot waiting to play. Exhausting, but you could get used to it if you played with less than 14 every week. Good game overall. Although with just 13, it should have been $12.50 per player, I capped it at $12 per player and bore the shortfall. Timmy was playing with 5 friends on a neighbouring pitch, but we couldn't have accommodated all 6 of them. Maybe they'll join us next week.
